Welcome to Logger. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Logger website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. About Logger

Logger is a cloud-based communication platform that helps contractors, builders, remodelers, and other service professionals share project updates, photos, documents, messages, and related information with their clients.

Logger is a communication tool only. Logger is not a party to any construction contract, remodeling agreement, service agreement, or other transaction between users and their clients.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding agreement to use the Service.

If you use Logger on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You retain ownership of all photos, documents, messages, project information, and other content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service (“User Content”).

By using Logger, you grant Logger a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, and reproduce User Content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

Logger may offer beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features.

Beta features are provided “as is” and may contain bugs, inaccuracies, interruptions, or incomplete functionality.

Logger may modify or discontinue beta features at any time without notice.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logger disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

Logger does not guarantee that: the Service will be error-free; communications will be delivered; data will never be lost; or the Service will be available at all times.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Logger's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (A) the amount paid by you to Logger during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (B) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Logger and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses arising from:

Logger may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when posted on the Service.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
